All booking fees are non refundable, however if more than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule your booking fee may be transferred to another time as a once off.

Only one change request is allowed before you lose your booking fee.

 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us or NO SHOW, your cc will be charged for 100% of the booked in appointment.

 

Teenagers under the age of 16 will require an adults consent 

 

We do not refund any appointments, please contact us directly if something was not satisfactory.
