Massage 

Kyle is a diploma qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. ​ Kyle uses different assessments and massage techniques depending on your needs. He will assess each client differently allowing him to use a range of massage techniques such as deep and soft tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release plus other remedial techniques. Cupping and Theragun add on available if requested.  A Remedial massage is different to a "deep tissue" massage. A Remedial massage is for people with injuries, looking to address a specific area of concern or for general maintenance. ​ Kyle has been fortunate to work with the NRL teams the Melbourne Storm and Dolphins, also locally with other sporting teams and individuals with sports massage.   ​ A relaxation massage is a gentler approach compared to remedial massage techniques. Relaxation is what it sounds like, here gentler strokes are incorporated to give you the time out from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. ​ If you have: General muscle aches and pains. Lower back pain. Neck and shoulder tension. Or other pain that's holding you back. ​ Let Kyle try help: Improve your range of motion. Improve blood circulation. Ease headaches or migraine pain.
